In the winter of 2022 Jaiya started Winter Park Babysitting Company

as a sister company of Steamboat Babysitting Company. 

 

Jaiya discovered the beauty of the Yampa Valley through a group of friends in the winter of 2012. 

She has a passion for working with all age children and found enjoyment in working for Steamboat Babysitting Company. With her Masters in Elementary Education and Outdoor Environmental Education, 

SBC seemed like a natural fit. She worked for Steamboat Babysitting Company for 6 years, 2 years as a babysitter and 4 years as the Reservations Manager before becoming the Owner in late 2018. 

Steamboat Babysitting Company has been in operation since 2011.

Jaiya instantly fell in love with the 360 degree view the Mountain has to offer. 

She is often found skiing, fishing, camping, taking nature photos and just enjoying life in the Rocky Mountains. 

​

Jaiya has kids of her own, a high energy 8 year old girl and 4 year old boy. 

The family is enjoying all that the valley has to offer including the beautiful sunsets.
